I’m a curly haired girl myself and I’ve been there, on the search for a confident stylist that can give me a haircut that enhances my curls, educate me on styling techniques and give me advice on what products I should be using and exactly how to apply those products.

Only to wash it a week later and see that your trim ended up way shorter than you wanted and your curls were loose and lifeless! How often had you ended up cutting your own hair, wearing it straight, or up in a ponytail for months on end in order to cover up or deal with a bad haircut? I know your pain as I've lived through all of this as well. These experiences have only helped me to grow as a stylist.

I've spent a lot of time and money on my education and tried hundreds of products so that you don’t have to. ONCE YOU SCHEDULE
an appointment with me I ask that you come in with clean, dry hair, styled the way that you would wear it on a typical day. This allows me to see where the hair naturally lives and how you style it. We'll have a conversation about what your long term goals are, how those goals fit into your daily routine and decide on a plan together that will not only give you fabulous curly hair but hopefully make your life easier!
Then we move onto the haircut. I will use my training from Scott Musgrave's, Cubist cutting, Rëzo, Loni Jean, and more to create a dry haircut specific to the shape and style you want This really lets me use my creativity to give your hair the shape that will look the best with your face shape. curl pattern, and style you choose.
After the dry cut we will move to the shampoo bowl and start the relaxation and styling education! This experience begins with a Clarifying Treatment to remove any product build-up or impurities from your hair and start preparing it for the other products! Then we move on to the hairbath, conditioner and scalp massage where your hair gets the moisture it needs to produce those amazing curls! Back at my station I'll walk you through a styling lesson giving you all the techniques I think are best for you and your hair routine. I will dry your hair and explain everything I'm doing so that you can achieve the same look at home! Once we're both happy with the results we'll go over any questions.
